Purchase of debts at discount of Companies dealing with real estate development investments
Factors taken into consideration in estimation of the price of the debt purchased:
-Coverage of the amount of debt to be redeemed with the company's own capital or the market value of the facility under construction
-Possibility of mortgage of the object under construction
-Existing interest rate on the debt of the developer company
-Debt repayment term
-Legal and Tax aspects of the project
Usually we aim for the debt projects with effective interest rate of 6% and higher.
Purchase of equity
We invest 0 to 100% of equity of private companies which are involved into the real estate development sector.
Factors taken into consideration in estimation of the price of the equity purchase:
-Percentage in share Capital
-Current equity estimation as at the date of purchase
-Future cash flow plans of the Company
-Legal and Tax aspects of the project
Direct investment into the real estate objects such as

Objects under construction
Frozen unfinished construction objects
