Announcement – Unaudited Financial Statements of Mettmann PLC for the Period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024

Based on the regulations of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (the "CSE"), we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of METTMANN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (the "Company"), considered and approved the half-yearly unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the six months period ended on June 30, 2024 (the “Unaudited Financial Statements”).

The Unaudited Financial Statements are now available on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website and the Company’s website at www.mettmann.biz under the "Corporate" section.

Copies of the Unaudited Financial Statements are available free of charge at the registered office of the Company situated at Spyrou Araouzou 67, Ulysses House, 2nd floor, office 202, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus.

We invite all shareholders and bondholders to review the Unaudited Financial Statements and submit objections or comments, if any.
