Auditor Announcement for 2022

Mettmann Public Company Limited announces that after diligent and impartial review of proposals from several audit companies the Directors have recommended the appointment of BDO Cyprus as auditor for the 2022 financial year.

BDO Cyprus appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today on 13th day of January 2023.

As a result of the meeting BDO Cyprus are being appointed as the auditor of the Company for the 2022 financial year.
